By creating an account or using CopyHero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

CopyHero is a web-based SaaS platform operated by SX Solutions GbR. It allows users to bulk import competitor product pages and automatically rewrite, format, translate, and optimize them for launch-readiness in Shopify stores.

The service is self-serve but includes support resources and optional onboarding help.

Each user must register with a valid email address.

Users may not share login credentials.

Team access requires individual sub-accounts.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and data.

All payments are handled through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime.

Prices may vary depending on plan tier, usage level, or geographic location. All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use & Restrictions By using CopyHero, you agree not to:

Resell, sublicense, or white-label our service or any generated content

Use the service for illegal or unethical product promotion

Scrape, duplicate, or clone the platform for commercial use

Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or overload the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

CopyHero collects and stores:

Billing information, name, and email

Store access data

User-generated inputs and product page data

We may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve platform performance, AI output quality, and user experience. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.

CopyHero uses AI technology to generate product descriptions and page content. We do not guarantee that:

The content is factually accurate

The generated content does not infringe upon third-party copyrights

The tools will comply with advertising or regulatory guidelines in your country

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content generated by CopyHero before publishing. SX Solutions GbR is not liable for any damages, legal claims, or losses resulting from the use of generated content.

The CopyHero platform, its logo, software code, and all original materials are the intellectual property of SX Solutions GbR. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without explicit permission.

9. Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard or by contacting Paddle. We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these terms, abuse the platform, or cause harm to our infrastructure or brand. 10. Limitation of Liability SX Solutions GbR is not liable for:

Business losses, missed sales, or data inaccuracies

Damages from incorrect or misleading content

Shopify outages, API changes, or third-party service interruptions

Copyright or trademark issues related to user-selected products or text

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of CopyHero indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. 12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bremen, Germany. 13. Refund Policy

All purchases made through CopyHero are final and non-refundable.

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan. Once a subscription has been charged — whether monthly or annually — no refunds, partial or full, will be issued.
